Report a Claim
When reporting a claim, no matter what the policy, it is important to report it as soon as possible.
During regular business hours, Monday to Friday, you may submit your claim to Auto Smart Insurance using the form to the right of this page. We will forward your claim information on to your insurance company. You may also contact your insurance company directly to report the claim.
If you are reporting a claim outside regular business hours such as evenings, weekends or Holidays please be sure to report the claim directly to your insurance company.
We have provided phone numbers and website links where available for most companies.
